Human Resources : Flexible Reimbursement Accounts
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Commonwealth’s Dependent and Medical Care Reimbursement Accounts. This program allows employees to pay certain dependent care and medical care expenses with pre-tax dollars; thus, reducing taxes, and increasing spendable income. There are important restrictions employees need to understand before enrolling in the reimbursement accounts. Employees can obtain additional information and an election form from the WCC Human Resource Office.
New employees are eligible to enroll in the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account at the beginning of the first full month of employment. New employees are eligible to enroll in the Medical Reimbursement Program six (6) months after the employment begin date.
